As customers today are increasingly demanding Turn-Key Solutions, in Alfran we provide Services that include: Solution design and engineering, demolition works, anchor welding, manufacture and installation of any refractory and fireproofing material, lining dry-Out, supervision of all works, and after-sale service.
Alfran's Integral Solutions are the consequence of coupling Product Development, Installation Technology Research and a profound respect for the Environment. To provide more efficient solutions to our Customers, Alfran has specialized on Monolithic Refractory and Fireproofing Applications and has developed its own Installation Equipment, Personnel and Know-how.
The alfranjet system, 10 times faster to apply and with similar performance results to casted monolithics, is Alfran's most succesful technology. Pioneer in several industrial processes, Alfran has installed in 5 years over 25.000 Tons of Shotcreting Castables in plants across Spain, France, Portugal and Mexico.
We have also developed Dry-Out Equipment and Techniques for refractory applications, to avoid explosions and increase lining performance. These techniques allow us to meet strict deadlines and guarantee the performance of our applications.
The effort to develop this Integral approach has been specially intense in the Steel, Cement & Lime, Petrochemical, Energy and Non-Ferrous Industries, where Alfran is able to complete with its own resources all works involved in major repairs.
The Passive Fireproofing Division has ample experience on the field, both in mortar manufacturing and in marketing and installing any type of fireproofing material for industrial and civil construction applications.
